The seminar registration fee is $125.00, which includes your membership dues for 2012.
If you cannot attend the conference please submit $10.00 for 2012 membership dues.
Guest tickets are available for the banquet on Wednesday night, please indicate the number of tickets.
Each additional ticket is $35.00.
